About our Practice

Three Oaks Equine is an equine ambulatory veterinary practice located in Goochland, Virginia. The practice veterinarians are Drs. Denise Gorondy, Daniel Slovis, and Jennifer Wright, a dedicated and knowledgeable team that strives to satisfy clients through service and practice excellence.
 
The veterinarians at Three Oaks Equine share a vision of satisfying clients and patients by providing optimal preventive medical care, comprehensive lameness evaluations, integrated medicine services (acupuncture and chiropractic care), and 24 hours/7days a week emergency coverage. Drs. Gorondy, Slovis, and Wright are committed to maintaining client relationships that emphasize veterinarian accessibility. 

As technology in the field of veterinary medicine continues to advance, Three Oaks Equine will remain dedicated to maintaining a state of the art equine veterinary practice.  Each veterinarian is equipped with cutting edge technology allowing them to provide horse owners with the most progressive care available.  All ambulatory units have a digital ultrasound and digital radiography machine which create extremely high quality diagnostic images viewable immediately on the farm. Our motorized dentistry and specialized hand tools allow our veterinarians to perform all aspects of performance and maintenance equine dentistry.  Additionally, we have floats specifically designed to perform dentistry on miniature horses.
